Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. seeks an on-site Field Service Technician to support ATM and cash-handling systems across a Virginia service area, frequently traveling by car.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain hardware and software, coordinating with casino cage/IT staff to ensure quick issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a college diploma or technical certification, 1–2 years of ATM/electronics experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service dispatches; occasional nights, weekends, overtime may be required.
• Diagnose, repair, replace, and adjust hardware; configure and update software.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with diagnostic tools; document findings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and replenishment of consumables like receipt paper.
