Pursuit in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead a growing field service team, keep customers running, and drive service revenue.

This onsite role offers the opportunity to shape the department, manage service operations, and collaborate with sales to expand accounts. You will report to leadership with real decision‑making authority and receive full benefits, PTO, and relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• 5–10+ years of compressed air field service experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
• Track record of growing service business or supporting sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with up to 90% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and develop a team of field service technicians
• Service and troubleshoot air compressors in the field as needed
• Partner with outside sales to win and grow service accounts
• Manage service quotes, vendors, warranties, and scheduling
• Drive service revenue growth and improve margins
