Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 years of team leadership is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance.
• Oversees operations such as services, procedures, scheduling, inventories, quality, and coordination of the team's activities.
• Assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinating responses as required.
• Ensures the accuracy of operational databases, reports and related information.
• Participates in department and cross-functional objectives, including KPIs, budgets, timelines, implementations, improvements, personnel, and other requirements.
• Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and assists with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace.
