Job summary

EOS seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, diagnose, and repair equipment at customer facilities in the Southeast region. You will manage on-site installations, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver remote support to ensure uptime.

The role requires 2–3 years in servicing industrial equipment, knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems, and proficiency with industrial lasers and axis motion systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment.
• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.
• Solid background in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Thorough product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems.
• Skilled in reading written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions.
• Computer knowledge (PC configuration, MS Windows, Networking, MS Office).
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.
• Provide on-site technical/remote assistance to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures for customer’s equipment within the scheduled time.
• Timely, accurate submission of all service documentation according to EOS procedures and guidelines.
• Cooperate in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations.
• Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.
• Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.
• Manage EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.
