Job summary

EOS is seeking an experienced On-site Field Service Engineer for the Northeast region. The role involves installing, diagnosing, and servicing industrial equipment at customer facilities to ensure full functionality.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document service activities, and collaborate on training and installations. The successful candidate will travel as needed and coordinate with support teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Experience with on-site installation of equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment at customer facilities and verify full functionality.
• Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance within schedule.
• Submit service documentation per EOS procedures.
• Assist in training, documentation, and installations.
• Coordinate with 2nd Level Support to maintain base.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Manage service tools and asset inventory.
