Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent military education.
• Experience with Electrical Systems and AC/DC currents.
• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform on-time preventive maintenance and service actions on designated equipment.
• Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential sales leads and assist with revenue programs while supporting account relationships.
