Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR GEHC internship or externship; OR HS diploma with 4+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-time preventative maintenance and assist with equipment installation.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic equipment issues alongside experienced field engineers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain service logs, order parts, and manage cycle times; follow GEHC escalation process.
