Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; 2 years formalized technical training or education.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Background in a scientific or similarly regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation and setup of Miltenyi equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure functionality.
• Diagnose issues and escalate to senior engineers when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance.
• Maintain service records and documentation of activities.
• Travel domestically to customer sites as needed.
