Job summary

SCIENION US, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician/Engineer to support SCIENION and Cellenion systems across North America. You will install, train, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of microarray, biosensor, microneedling, and single-cell dispensing technologies.

Travel up to 80% overnight, collaborate with global teams, maintain spare parts, document activities, and represent SCIENION professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated liquid handling systems.
• Proficiency with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in lab environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level knowledge of SCIENION instrumentation, software, and applications.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Conduct SAT, Installation Qualification, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customer inquiries.
• Document service activities, tickets, issues, and follow-up actions.
• Deliver basic instrument training within one year.
• Travel up to 80% overnight as required.
