IMEG is seeking a Field Construction Administrator in Austin, TX to provide on-site construction observation and serve as a key liaison among contractors, engineers, and the project team for data center work.

You will maintain daily site presence, document progress, track communications, and help keep work aligned with contract documents. The role involves extensive coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients across industrial and manufacturing projects.

Formación

• 1 year minimum experience; 3 preferred in building design or construction

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site presence representing the owner's interests
• Perform site observations and relay information to contractors/engineers
• Keep engineers informed of status, problems, and liability issues
• Verify progress and workmanship against contract documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients
• Document meetings and prepare daily construction status reports
• Review and interpret contract documents and obtain needed information
• Issue and track reports on project deficiencies
• Coordinate with design team on coordination issues and record events
• Track latest drawings and ensure corrected revisions are used
• Monitor RFIs and submittals and address critical path items
• Assist in resolving construction issues and support closeout and safety compliance
