Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician II for on-site roles in Byhalia, MS and Memphis, TN. You will support a startup and existing factory, handling end-user issues, imaging, and device onboarding, with strong collaboration across IT, facilities, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires flexibility across 1st-3rd shifts and weekends, with a focus on uptime, SLAs, and rapid issue resolution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Experience with Active Directory and imaging new systems.
• Familiarity with basic networking (VLANs, VPNs) and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify software packages and configure PCs.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide remote support.
• Maintain inventory and manage device onboarding.
• Monitor queues and meet SLAs/KPIs in a startup/production setting.
• Support IT infrastructure during factory build and ramp.
