Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support Technician to back a new factory startup and existing facility in Memphis, TN and Byhalia, MS. You will install, image, and configure PCs, troubleshoot end-user issues, and support IT infrastructures as production scales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5–8 years in IT support.
• Experience with Active Directory and user provisioning.
• Experience imaging new computers and supporting factory floor devices.
• Familiarity with VLANs, VPNs, and basic network troubleshooting.
• A+ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide core IT support: load software, troubleshoot end-user issues, configure PCs/peripherals, manage service tickets.
• Support startup activities and ramp when factory is building, both on office and manufacturing floors.
• Maintain inventory, knowledge bases, and device configurations; ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
