Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and support building operations under the supervision of the Chief Engineer. This in-office role requires hands-on work and clear communication with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, basic computer skills including Outlook, and the ability to read blueprints and understand codes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
• Basic computer skills and use of Outlook.
• Possess engineering and trade licenses as required by local/state/federal rules.
• Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with tenants/vendors.
• Able to read blueprints and understand local codes.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities and basic plumbing tasks.
• Carry out general labor such as material handling and debris removal.
• Safely use company vehicles to retrieve parts and supplies.
• Maintain/fix door hardware, minor furniture repairs, and basic painting in equipment rooms.
• Inspect engineering spaces, mechanical rooms, and equipment.
• Replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers.
