Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and work order systems.
• Familiar with fire/life safety equipment and procedures.
• Ability to read and write English to understand manuals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities, including toilets and fixtures.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks and small repairs under supervision.
• Replace lamps, air filters, and ceiling tiles.
• Maintain and repair door hardware and equipment spaces.
• Communicate with tenants, vendors, and team professionally.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; comply with OSHA/NFPA standards.
