Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold building systems through routine maintenance and minor repairs. You will support the Chief Engineer and work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical tasks on-site.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, vocational training or 1–2 years of experience, and familiarity with work order systems and MS Outlook. Must be able to read English, lift up to 50 pounds, and work after hours if needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training or 1–2 years on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing.
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone apps for work order and facility operations; basic MS Outlook skills.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local/state/national requirements.
• Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities and general maintenance tasks.
• Carry, stack, sort materials and remove debris.
• Safely travel to sites for parts and supplies.
• Replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers.
• Maintain engineering spaces and equipment and document work.
• Interact professionally with tenants, vendors, contractors and team members.
