Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing preferred.
• Engineering or trade licenses as per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restrooms (toilets, soap dispensers) and clear drains.
• Carry out general labor and debris removal tasks.
• Travel using employer vehicles to obtain parts and supplies.
• Maintain/replace door hardware and perform minor furniture repairs.
