CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required; facility management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Plan daily activities, schedule tasks, and set deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure safety and review procurement prices and processes.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
