Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 5 years experience in office management or administration.
• Ability to work independently or with little direction.
• Ability to execute complex or highly specialized work.
• Ability to create SOPs and work instructions that are logical and sustainable.
• Ability to deviate from standards to resolve problems.
• Ability to work non-standard hours during unplanned events.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office tools, basic SAP navigation, and file management skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaison for Level II Facilities Services (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Vending, Supplies, Subscriptions).
• Vendor management to procure, deliver, and finalize payment for indirect Facilities supplies and services.
• Space management including seating assignments, conference rooms and common areas.
• Oversight of Facilities Guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Managing lobby operations (Security and Reception).
• Manage content on common area video monitors.
• Align Facilities to support Abbott events and represent Facilities in EA forums.
• Provide support and solutions during planned shutdowns or unscheduled occurrences that affect site operations.
