Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to Facility Manager and monitor facilities operations
• Assist with budget requests, analysis, reporting, and cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee procurement of property supplies and services, including purchase orders and contracts
• Operate and maintain work order systems for assignment, categorization and closeouts
• Coordinate maintenance, janitorial, parking, and other building services
• Act as liaison between clients, staff, vendors and visitors to resolve issues professionally
