You will work under the Regional Facilities Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality. The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management, knowledge of building systems, and strong vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management or building operations experience in industrial, commercial, or government environments.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams or coordinating work across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 20% throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and work assignments for maintenance technicians across multiple facilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and support compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, work order management, and corrective maintenance activities to support operational efficiency.
• Serve as a primary liaison for vendors and service providers, ensuring work is completed according to scope, quality, and contract expectations.
• Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to respond to service requests, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Support budget tracking, invoice review, and operational reporting while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate resources to ensure timely and safe resolution of operational disruptions.
