Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring for an on-site Facilities Manager to lead site operations across multiple U.S. locations including Durham, NC.

You will oversee vendor relations, budgeting, and safety programs while guiding the site operations team to deliver reliable, cost-efficient facilities services. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in facilities management, a relevant degree, and strong IT and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Site and vendor management across portfolio facilities.
• Assist with vendor contract procurement and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly spend reporting.
• Lead and develop the site operations team and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for events, moves, and facilities projects.
