Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mountain View, CA seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to partner with the Facilities Manager, overseeing daily operations, MEP systems, and project delivery. You’ll manage audits, coordinate vendors, and drive efficiency across our client properties.

The role requires 3–5 years in facility management, strong MEP and BAS/BMS knowledge, and proven project leadership. On‑site work with occasional after‑hours support and a path for growth within JLL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS/BMS and energy management platforms.
• Experience managing projects, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong technical reading of drawings, specs, codes; customer‑oriented problem solving.
• Valid driver’s license; ability for site inspections and on‑call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure building systems function efficiently.
• Lead facility improvement projects from conception to completion within budget.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Build client and tenant relationships through proactive communication.
