Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and life safety systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inventory control, and oversee contractors.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment; monitor HVAC performance.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and maintain clean work area.
• Record readings and monitor tool inventory.
