Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification is required.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility equipment on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance and inspections; calibrate and replace parts as needed.
• Monitor and record readings; ensure compliance with safety, hazardous materials storage and disposal procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage inventory and stay within budget while maintaining quality.
