Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management and operation of facilities and workspaces.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and address safety and operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, POs, and service contracts.
• Maintain records for maintenance, assets, vendors, and documentation.
• Support moves, space planning, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond to employee requests and facility-related concerns promptly.
• Assist with safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchasing of supplies and services.
• Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
