Job summary

Encore Global in Lexington, KY seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will perform setup, on-site operation, and breakdown while coordinating with event staff and clients.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, and 1 year of customer service or AV experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred and training/certifications within 60 days.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for team members operating company vehicles.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely manner.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately; coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Assist with invoices and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
