Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle operation.
• Additional DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed.
• Exceeds expectations of internal and external customers through service.
• Troubleshoots equipment and software issues in a timely manner.
• Completes system entry and paperwork accurately per procedures.
• Works with clients to finalize invoices and coordinate with vendors.
