Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction, work on-site with clients, and coordinate with operations teams to deliver flawless events.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of hospitality/AV experience preferred, and lifting up to 50 lbs; a valid driver's license may be required for vehicle operation. On-site hours and occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Within 60 days, complete required training and certifications.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of AV experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic AV equipment as listed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and coordinate with staff/vendor teams.
• Assist with invoicing and up-selling opportunities.
