Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction by supporting events, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining strong guest relations on site.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license. Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Associate's preferred) and at least 1 year in customer service, hospitality, or AV in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
• Understand and foster the hotel/client relationship.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and interact with staff/vendors as needed.
