Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entry, paperwork, and invoicing; interact with staff and vendors as needed.
• Upsell equipment and services to increase unit revenue; use Navigator for orders.
