Responsibilities include front-end processing, post-closing tasks, contract review, file assembly, and transmitting documents to lenders, plus receptionist duties as needed. This is not remote and offers growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as an Escrow Assistant preferred.
• Experience with RamQuest preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer-oriented skills required.
• Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment.
• This is not a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of information to finalize a home sale.
• Handle front end processing and post-closing/funding tasks as required.
• Read contracts, commitments and orders; assemble necessary documents for the file.
• Maintain files, record documentation, send out checks after closing, and transmit documents to lender.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with customers and co-workers.
