Independence Title in the Austin Area, Texas, seeks an Escrow Assistant/Support Specialist to join our team. You will float to Austin area branch locations to assist escrow staff and support a seamless closing process for clients.

We value a friendly, organized professional with strong communication, attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. You will collaborate with escrow teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate closings and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required.
• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer-oriented skills required.
• Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment.
• Microsoft Suite proficient.

Responsibilities

• Floating to Austin area branch locations to assist escrow staff as needed and/or as directed by management.
• Providing proactive support to team members while maintaining respectful communication.
• Communicating and working closely with escrow teams and clients to ensure transactions close in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.
• Handling both front end processing and post-closing/funding tasks, as required by Independence Title Company standards.
• Demonstrating a strong customer service mindset when interacting with both clients and colleagues.
