Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an on-site Docucare Associate to deliver outsourcing and facilities services to end-user customers. The role focuses on maintaining service levels, customer relationships and cost targets as part of a service delivery team.

The position requires an active Secret Clearance and involves travel to client locations, preventative maintenance, and knowledge sharing with peers.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work with minimal oversight with strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management to meet SLAs and work through SOWs.
• Familiar with PC basics: Excel, MS Office, email, file management.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks and first-level repair per procedures.
• Travelling to different client locations.
• Mentors and trains client groups on equipment usage.
• Maintains clean devices and a safe work environment.
• Logs activities including on-site parts inventory and consumables replenishment.
• Ensures SLA is achieved and customer requirements are met.
