Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned leader to manage On-site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP). You will guide on-site teams, optimize equipment logistics, and uphold safety and service standards across multiple projects.

The role requires strong project management, supervisory experience, and a proven ability to coach teams, improve processes, and deliver predictable OERP performance for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of experience in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Forklift certification, desired.
• In-depth understanding of OERP operations.
• Solid understanding of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance requirements.
• Working knowledge of P&L, cost control, and budget forecasting.
• Experience with customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Active listening and strong follow-up practices.
• Project management experience with ability to handle competing demands.
• Analytical thinking to assess metrics and make informed decisions.
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication to convey expectations.
• Supervisory experience in warehouse, yard, or construction support operations.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement concepts (5S/Lean) to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of OERP on-site programs with focus on team development.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to project on-site teams for consistent OERP execution.
• Develop staffing plans and coverage strategies for on-site OERP support.
• Coach, mentor, and regularly check-in with on-site staff.
• Train new OERP personnel on standard work, safety, documentation, and customer service.
• Ensure SOPs and OERP tools drive operational consistency across projects.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process/tool improvements.
• Collaborate with OERP Program Manager, Finance, and Operations to review metrics and drive improvements.
