Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 6 years in construction rentals/logistics/equipment.
• Experience with on-site equipment rental programs and vendor management.
• Proficiency with rental software and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site equipment rental needs with project teams and vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage equipment, maintenance, and turnover.
• Lead preconstruction activities for equipment rentals including interviews and bids.
• Monitor vendor costs, forecasts, and invoicing accuracy for equipment operations.
• Support cost control, budgeting, and reporting for equipment operations.
• Provide responsive communication with stakeholders and vendors to ensure service excellence.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement in equipment programs.
