Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee On-site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP) on major projects. You will manage a team of on-site specialists, develop staffing plans, and coach staff while ensuring safety, SOP adherence, and efficient equipment logistics.

Responsibilities include training, performance feedback, and collaboration with Finance and Operations to optimize vendor performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program; minimum 4 years in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Forklift certification preferred; strong understanding of OERP operations and jobsite logistics.
• Experience in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of On-site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP) across projects.
• Develop staffing plans and coverage strategies for on-site OERP support.
• Coach, mentor, and perform regular check-ins with on-site staff.
• Train new OERP personnel on standard work, safety, and documentation.
• Ensure SOPs and OERP tools are applied consistently across projects.
• Oversee on-site equipment logistics, yard layout, and utilization tracking.
• Identify process improvements and work with program teams to mitigate risks.
• Engage with vendors and project teams to ensure service excellence.
• Visit project sites and vendor facilities to assess performance and opportunities.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for direct reports.
