Job summary

Turner Construction Company in New York is seeking a Program Manager for On-site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP). You will implement OERP, train teams, onboard new vendors, and manage daily operations on active projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for project teams and vendors to confirm equipment needs.
Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements and transitions.
Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with stakeholders.
Support on-site equipment rental software, inventory, and contract systems.
Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing for accuracy.
Generate equipment lists for bidding considerations.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high service standards.
Other duties as assigned.
