Job summary

First Equipment Company on Turner projects seeks a seasoned leader to run On-site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP) on multiple sites. You will guide day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient equipment use with vendors and project teams.

You will develop staffing plans, monitor utilization metrics, and partner with Program Manager, Finance, and Operations to drive improvements and mitigate risks while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Forklift certification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of OERP operations and jobsite logistics.
• Knowledge of P&L, cost control, and budget forecasting.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of OERP on projects and mentor field personnel.
• Develop staffing plans and coverage strategies for on-site support.
• Coach and provide performance feedback; conduct regular check-ins and observations.
• Train new staff on standard work, safety, documentation, and service standards.
• Ensure consistent OERP procedures across projects and manage equipment logistics.
• Monitor metrics (utilization, idle time, cycle times) and drive improvements.
