Job summary

Clean Harbors in Roseville, MN is seeking an Environmental Center Chemist (CleanPack Chemist) to handle, segregate, pack, and inspect chemical waste at customer sites and our labs, indoors and outdoors. This entry-level management track offers paid academy training, real-world field experience, and potential path into leadership roles as you advance through Clean Harbors' network of branches.

You will work daily at customer sites, with safety as the top priority and opportunities for growth,

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.
• CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsement required within 6 months.
• Successful background check, drug test and medical physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle, segregate, pack and inspect chemical waste per regulations.
• Work at customer sites daily in a client-facing role.
• Prepare packing lists, labels, manifests and disposal notifications.
• Inspect drums for leaks, labeling compliance, and storage conditions.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
