Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own complex sales from discovery to production agreements. You will help enterprise customers adopt AI-powered contact center solutions while informing product and market strategy.

Four to ten years of enterprise SaaS closing experience is required, including deals of $250k+ annual value. On-site in Redwood City, CA with visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of closing enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience closing deals worth $250k+ in annual contract value.
• Experience selling voice AI/CCaaS to large enterprises.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations and AI architecture with technical executives.
• Proven track record building pipeline in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through production agreements.
• Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC and navigate buying committees.
• Design and manage pilots with measurable success criteria.
• Partner with solutions engineering and product teams to validate integrations.
• Share competitive intelligence to inform product and GTM strategy.
