Job summary

SWK Technologies, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and solutions at client sites.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform installations and upgrades, and respond to technical queries to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will be the face of SWK Technologies to clients, building long-lasting relationships while maintaining accurate client records and documenting resolutions in our systems.

Qualifications

• Must have prior IT experience.
• Call center experience required.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.

You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements

• Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
• Provide on-site support as needed
• Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
• Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT
• Previous Call center experience required
• Managed Service provider experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
