Key Software Systems, LLC is seeking an On-site Application Support Staff to assist clients with a proprietary Courier Management software. You will troubleshoot issues, review data, and answer configuration and operation questions by phone, email, and remote meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technology help desk or support
• Experience with MSSQL, APIs, or webhooks
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Willing to work occasional overtime/as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues for proprietary software via phone, email, and remote meetings.
• Review data and answer questions on configuration, setup, and operations.
• Perform QA testing on new software versions.
• Execute updates and configuration per Key Software standards.
• Train customers on setup and use of the application.
• Handle other support-related duties as assigned.
