MEI Rigging & Crating is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support field operations across multiple sites in Ohio. You will conduct site inspections, enforce safety compliance, investigate incidents, and promote a proactive safety culture in collaboration with the Region EH&S Manager.

You will deliver required training, maintain essential records, and lead risk assessments and job hazard analyses. The role requires OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and a safety degree or equivalent

Formación

• Recognize safety hazards and mitigate risks.
• Maintain and apply safety policies, guidelines and regulatory changes.
• Provide required certifications: First Aid, CPR, AED.
• Hold OSHA 30-hour Construction Card and keep updated.
• Possess ASP, CHST or CSP certifications.
• Proficient in MS Office for recordkeeping and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support field operations through site inspections and safety compliance.
• Investigate incidents and promote incident-free field operations.
• Conduct safety training (site-specific, OSHA, forklift, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and records.
• Manage SIPPS, hot work permits, confined space, SDSs, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and coach other department positions on safety best practices.

Educación

Safety degree or 3+ years safety mgmt experience
