Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and returns processing.

You will release orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate RMAs with internal teams, ensuring accuracy of inventories and timely processing. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with database systems.

• Committed to providing quality results to all internal and external customers, and have good time management skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment as well as working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, and order control.
• Release orders for assigned organizations and monitor backorders and open order reports.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and RMAs with clients and internal groups.
• Process parts orders and manage parts inventories; schedule inventories and ensure accuracy.
• Support other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
