Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, returns processing and order control. This role ensures accurate processing and inventory management for assigned functions.

The position requires full-time on-site work, with responsibilities spanning order release, RMAs, delivery scheduling, and coordination with Sales, Service and OM to resolve inquiries and optimize fulfillment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and provide quality customer service.
• Experience in a computerized environment and working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Release orders for assigned organizations on a scheduled basis and as needed with OM.
• Monitor open order reports to ensure shippable orders are processed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, OM and other groups for inquiries or issues related to orders, returns or receiving.
• Process RMAs and coordinate modifications to orders; reschedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and returns processing daily; assist with pre-installations and inventory accuracy.
