Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, returns, order control, and delivery scheduling. The role emphasizes accuracy in processing and inventories.

You will coordinate with Sales, Service, and OM, support RMAs, and assist with pre-installations and inventory audits. A HS diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required; on-site work with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment as well as working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns, and order control.
• Release orders and monitor backorders against essential items.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and pre-installations.
• Process RMAs and manage timely returns.
• Maintain inventories and assist cross-functional teams.
