Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage the daily operations of warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and delivery/pick-up scheduling.

The role ensures accuracy of processing and inventories for assigned functions and requires full-time presence at the office. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, OM and other groups to resolve orders and inquiries, coordinate pre-installations and parts processing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Organized, able to communicate well, prioritize, and deliver quality customer service.
• Experience in a computerized environment and with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Release orders for assigned organizations on a schedule and as needed with OM.
• Process RMAs daily and coordinate order modifications as required.
• Schedule and confirm equipment deliveries; provide pack lists to carriers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, OM for issues related to orders, returns, or receiving.
• Handle shipping, receiving and returns processing and assist with daily warehouse admin duties.
• Coordinate pre-installations and manage parts inventories and daily inventories.
