Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and scheduling with focus on accuracy of processing and inventories.

The role releases orders, monitors backorders, assists cross-functional teams, handles RMAs, and coordinates with Sales and Service to resolve order issues. HS diploma and 1–2 years related experience required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent + 1–2 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service; strong time management.
• Experience with computerized environments and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Release orders for assigned organizations and coordinate with OM.
• Monitor backorders and ensure timely processing of shippable orders.
• Process RMAs and coordinate modifications to orders as needed.
• Ship confirm all equipment orders and provide Pack Lists to carriers.
