Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, and order control. The role requires full-time on-site presence and offers competitive hourly pay.

The candidate should have a HS Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and experience with a database management system. Hourly rate: $17.20–$25.49.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Committed to providing quality results to all internal and external customers, and have good time management skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment as well as working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and returns processing.
• Coordinate order control/release and monitor backorders to ensure shippable orders are processed.
• Assist Sales, Service, OM, and others with inquiries about orders, returns, and receiving.
• Process RMAs and coordinate order modifications as needed; reschedule pickups for earliest date.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups, and coordinate with other groups for machines that cannot be delivered.
