Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Distribution Coordinator I to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, order control, and delivery scheduling. The role requires full-time presence at the assigned site(s).

The anticipated hourly rate is $17.20-$25.49. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience, strong organization, communication, and customer service skills, and familiarity with database management

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; plus 1 to 2 years related experience.
• Organized, good at communicating, able to prioritize, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a computerized environment and working with a database management system.

Responsibilities

• Releases orders for assigned organizations on a scheduled basis and as needed with OM.
• Monitors open order reports to ensure shippable orders are processed.
• Assists Sales, Service, OM and other groups with inquiries related to orders, returns, receiving, etc.
